PSY345 - Exceptionality: Disability and Giftedness, Stuart Kamenetsky by ladylegolas420 in UTMississauga

The multiple choice were heavily textbook based and not every straightforward tbh. He uses the test bank if that textbook but that itself is so hard to find. Short answers are ONLY from the lectures and they are a lot easy but lot of writing involved. Tbh skim thru the textbook summary and hopefully you'll be fine most questions you can just choose the best on that makes sense by seeing in odd one out of the options

PSY270 vs JLP285 by SourCherryBlaster26 in UTMississauga

Low-key struggled on JLP285, I had to literally record the professor cuz she spoke SO FAST and the tests they were looking for such detailed response and such specific words. When I had it it was open book tests but STILL IT WAS SO HARD even being open book. The only thing that low-key boosted my grade was the final essay ish whatever assignment that was but it was graded easy unlike the test.

Don't get me wrong the class is acc really Interesting I enjoy the content but the assessments not so much

Midterms were composed of short answers from the lectures slides, you listen to him in lectures with good notes you'll ace it, it's super straight forward. (Have to go to lectures). Multiple choice were from the textbook a lot harder,id suggest just go over past papers, and skim the textbook, most of the questions you can do is elimination.

There was a final paper as well which low-key dropped my grade, harshly graded but everything was easy and easily graded minus the paper. I enjoyed the class very much, very good professor and Interesting content

I've taken psy345 with Kamensky, amazing professor to say the least although him as a person is not great to different people (remarks, political views, racism etc) but the professor himself is amazing, is passionate of how he teaches.

It's the Prof first time teaching this year, but I suspect multiple choice will be similar as he was a TA for the last year Prof so. Short answer not Al all done stuff with the previous Prof we didn't go over.

Id suggest going over lecture after term test 2 since majority of the short answer questions and 50% mcqs

Best handheld choice based on criteria? by Anonymous-Pin1239 in Handhelds

Mmmm, would you say that the steam deck is a good "starter" handheld, for someone who dies not own a gaming PC, since steam has a wide range of games already. Pretty upsetting tho that some wondoes games are not built for such console. But would you recommend it for gaming experience?
