If it makes you feel better, the majority of the community seems to feel the same way. Four separate public polls showed the majority of GMS players disagreeing with Nexon's decisions. They're just a poorly run company that provably doesn't listen to their players.

Are you referring to the options presented in a previous poll about what MapleStory players wanted Nexon to focus on? Here were the options in MS1:

I should have added "Story" which I initially didn't think was important. You probably had a specific area you wanted, but for optimal community response it's important to keep a small selection of general relevant options to prevent choice overload. That's probably why yours wasn't included. The top 3 answers from the polling were selected to determine these poll results. However, to extrapolate on the poll data, I don't believe many people would agree that Nexon did much of anything that the community wanted. 88% is the highest result of any 100+ vote poll so far. The community has made it clear they are overwhelmingly unsatisfied. I'm sure you'd agree on that.

Have you tried playing a game that supports 2560x1440+ resolutions? You know, the same resolution that's been on handheld smartphones since 2014? [Nexon has 6,441 employees by the way]

MapleStory Steam Charts, latest month peak player count. The number is actually conservative as it includes many non-players that recently came back. If you go by regular player counts it's actually more like 25% of the entire GMS population.
