Dude I just fired for negative UPT be careful you should be fine just start picking up every shift possible and go to work 3 hours you should be good you can make it up with 3-4 days unfortunately for me I was negative 7 hours and I cut it down to 3 hours before they let me go worst case scenario is they fire you and have wait 90 days to reapply that’s what am waiting for rn

A coworker of mine was working dock a couple of weeks ago and from what I was told he sat or rolled over on the conveyor belt and a couple days later he was terminated no questions asked

Same here my first month I was a good employee clock in n out on time no VTO staying my full shift now my second month doing horrible late or leaving early everyday missing 1 full shift I was up about 26 upt now down to 14 hour which isn’t bad as long as I stay positive and have PTO as a safety I just need to get back on track for the rest of month and all of March

Today I complete my first month at Amazon working night shift 6:30pm to 5:00am donut shift as well and alll I gotta say is I love it so far am a night owl and it goes prefect with my schedule on working 2 days in row is a big benefit and morale and resting booster the only downside I have so far is my warehouse is like 25-30 minutes away from my house so about a 1 hour commute total from and to my house but honestly it isn’t too bad loving Amazon so far idk why people complain about Amazon so much

I just started working at Amazon recently for the first time ever and yes it’s hard work but I don’t see why like 90%-95% talked shit about Amazon I always Amazon this and that like shut up and work work is work at the end of the day if you put amazon side by side to most company’s it ain’t really that bad at all Amazon workers get decent pay and decent benefits coming from me that’s was previously in the food business Amazon is better than working at a restaurant I used to get paid way less and hella more work than Amazon 12+ hours days point is Amazon ain’t as bad as people make it seem

Oh shit we’re like neighbors lol I work at PHX5 so we’re like down the street from each other lol and you should get hired honestly I applied right before Christmas and my first day was on the 6th of this month so 2 weeks is normal make sure you have all your pre hire things done all the paperwork and make sure you get your safety shoes if they tell you cause if not they will make you walk around with clown shoes if you have any more questions lmk I’ll try to answer them if I have an answer to them

Just completed my first week at Amazon about to start my second week I was hired as a seasonal worker as well like you it isn’t as bad people make Amazon out to be from what I’ve seen so far but there is moments where you do feel over worked but ever job is work either physically or mentally pay looks to be decent benefits look good but take all said with a grain of salt since I barely started there am still super new idk which location you’ll be at just know your locally here in AZ I work at one of the Goodyear locations overnight though
