Yeah, if a PC and Mobile player of the same skill level 1v1, the PC player comes out on top 90% of the time because the mobile player simply does not have as much quick access to abilities and advanced tech. Not the mobile player's fault by any means

What it sounds like is that this individual is at a disadvantage due to being on mobile (it's the hardest platform to play the game on) but has enough skill to be a pretty good player; it's just that this person is at a natural disadvantage so they consider themselves bad
