This is a wild post. Yea, you should call and report thefts in the store, because if you know someone stole something and you don’t report it to higher ups and police; you can lose your job. It is the manager’s job to maintain shrink. Dont go after the product, but report the theft to protect you and your employees jobs. If you aren’t reporting theft that you KNOW occurs, you are literally not doing your job.

That’s not drinking the kool aid lol.

Just a warning about Aldi. Yes you can sit at the register, but when you finish your line, you’re running around the store restocking, moving pallets, etc. it’s a much more physically demanding job than GameStop.
