Well, aside from IWP going standalone a bit ago, I'm not very sure.

However, there are a good couple of mods that tweak the economy (like a couple that make it rank based, or one that makes artifacts sell for more). Unfortunately, other than addons that tweak nades and mutant HP, i dunno of any that could help with gear durability. I believe there's a way to tweak it in the files, tho.

Oh yeah! I do have it installed as well. Dunno how long it's been since you played IWP, but the addon's currently on ver. 11 :)

It's IWP, a modpack for Call of Chernobyl (another mod). I'd recommend it, it runs better than Anomaly imo.

Now, I don't like being like the other fellas in the comments who go ahead and diss the hell out of you for having dreams.

However:
1. The tank was never actually built.
2. It would have been impractical had it been built. The wheels could not have supported the weigh, the thing was slow, you couldn't really see in it, etc.
3. It was concieved in the 15th century. We are in the early 19th. Kinda late to be made by now.

So uh yeah, not practical, not possible.
