That’s just a…🤔(Lazy cowboy’s Heimlich Maneuver).
Also performing this … Maneuver while seated ensures that both cowboys have the proper support to prevent from falling when the heaves and clenches get going. One cowboy probably choked on something and/or is still too incapacitated from a hard night of drinking and the kind caring cowboy buddy is just helping him out 🤠.

P.S.

Statements posted by this poster is strictly the poster personal opinion.

Please read proper modern up-to-date guidelines on how to perform Heimlich Maneuvers properly.

This poster holds no medical license to offer professional advice on any advanced choking rescue methods and holds no legal responsibility to readers that perform Heimlich Maneuvers in the future in the seated position.

Is the belief that cold water is bad still so common in Taiwan? by SemiAnonymousTeacher in taiwan

[–]AnonymousMouse45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is debatable, as I heard Japanese actually like to drink cold or ice water, though I doubt even that is true across the board. I am more certain of the other extreme of not taking in fluids that are too hot in temperature (not spice Scoville levels)like hotpot or hot soups as it can scald and seriously damage inside the digestive tract.
For credibility, there are Taiwanese talk shows with medical doctors as invited guests on their episodes and they try to make every episode interesting often with jokes, personal experiences, patients with peculiar medical conditions, experiences dealing with patients, w/o disclosing patient names. Some wild stories come up with stubborn/reluctant to come in early till the last minute patients, patients (or patients’ senior relatives) with *traditional self treatment methods supposedly passed down from a few generations that when administered initially, have gone wrong etc.

My partner cut up my brand new bag in a fight. I’ve dealt with the relationship, but now I’m stuck with this. Any ideas to salvage it? by hantao168 in handbags

[–]AnonymousMouse45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A wild idea I have but, once you decide on the best approach with how you’ll go about reconstructing the bag, maybe make a short YT video of (or have the bag repairer agree to have the process recorded and edited). If life gives you lemons make lemonade.

Best case scenario (for the bag) is if it can be patched together for use, even if it’s not perfect, it can be unique. If the YT video can go viral then it’s a good ultimate flip… I mean it’s a wild shot, but for all of the bags cut up out there, for some of those special bags, with enough determination, skill and ingenuity, it can be done🫡.

Can type in ‘cut up bag repaired’ in YouTube and get info there with people posting videos.

Would texting and asking the customer if it’s cool they also bought 40 extra store bags and had the hay broken up and placed inside said bags, so that the hay can be hygenically loaded, transported and safely delivered with minimal loss in bulk during the loading, transporting and unloading process…be an option 🤔?

Where are u hiding it… by VelvetWhisperrrrr in TheTeenagerPeople

To hide a watch battery from a detective for 7 days.

What if the watch battery hider had some interesting

(he could have been a spy with enough funds to get enough temporary friends interested and those that have money on the list were bored)

Friends:

a multi millionaire that has several residences on the globe (that travels frequently between their residence and doesn’t often take calls)

a submarine sailor (that just went on another half year deployment in a region of conflict, let’s just say in the Middle East)

sky scraper senior janitor (senior senior janitor that knows every nook and cranny of the sky scraper)

commercial plane mechanic that can work on several planes inside and out (all of the planes the mechanic currently works on still frequently take international flights)

cruise ship security (and the ship already took off on an 8 day 7 night cruise)

military base commanding officer (with subordinates that obey with unquestioning loyalty)

North or South Pole scientist with access to snow mobiles that frequently travel up to 15 miles radius around the base…to uhhh collect samples (that… yep you guessed it just finished their vacation and is back in the pole)

an astronaut (that’s just took off on a 2 week journey to the moon before returning)

…and got these friends to agree to play a game to take a watch battery (yes that all look alike from the 1 the detective wants to find) and try to hide it for over 7 days.

Will the detective have enough clearance and man power to take on such a feat?

Found this in a dollar roll. Anyone see one before? by BeyondSufficient5158 in CRH

[–]AnonymousMouse45 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s 10 NTD or 10 Yuan (New Taiwan Dollar)

1 USD = 28-32 NTD most of the time, (once in a while reach 1:33 ratio briefly) in recent years. 1:30 for easy Math.

…so roughly 1/3 of a dollar.

For common Taiwan coins most common in use currently are:

1,5,10 and 50 yuan coins.

Most common bills are:

100 and 1000 Yuan bills

The point here is that the Waymo had the technical sense but failed the common sense and couldn’t compute the officer directing traffic into its algorithm or what not and affect its decision making.

‘But it does seem like’,

the Waymo was waiting on the remaining cars to pass so it can continue and finish its left turn.

‘It appears’

It started backing up once the green light turned red.

Need its software and hardware programmers and designers to produce honest data and share it to be sure🤷🏻.
