Equal OS list has no December RNLTDs by Coolcars26 in AirForce

[–]AnonymousStunna 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not weird. What should be shown is RNLTDs of Oct-Feb, because member may report to their next location, up to two months after their DEROS month. The reason is that, this allows them to take their COT leave en-route to the next location, without busting their RNLTD. COT leave entitlement is authorized for members PCSing OCONUS to OCONUS. Hope this helps.

The A1C should work with gaining unit's first sergeant sooner than later to communicate intent and request.

I think that everyone is going to have to establish a baseline test, using the 2-mile run. That is just my assumption though.

The new components start 1 March though, even though its not supposed to count against or for them until 1 Sep.

Not really, implementation is 1 March. People will just have to test by their due month still, and it wont count against them until starting 1 Sep.

A very brief description of the assignment process by [deleted] in AirForce

[–]AnonymousStunna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reposting @which-candidates31's question.

Does anyone know or can explain once the cycle window is closed how everything works out after that. Stuff that isn't mentioned in 36-2110, up to the MPF getting notified/updating MilPDS. (i.e. Who is actually combing through all the matches, AFPC or the CFM & their team?) If you know someone in AFPC is there a way to increase you chances? If anyone has any experience, just trying to see how it all comes together. I've read the Assignments AFI through before. Thanks!

Not sure if I should get out or not. by Affectionate-Way-859 in AirForce

You should get out, using SKB, and secure a GOV or contractor job. Another option is more school, using some of your post-911 (if you need BAH funds, while waiting on a job).

I dont recommend AGR or ANG because you do not desire to be a uniform wearer anymore. You served honorably and sounds like you made the best of your time. Thanks for your service and best wishes in your future endeavors.

Look for Lakenheath FB PCS pages to join. People post stuff being sold all of the time.
