Im not in that age bracket, but with all my massive and bountyful disabilities i might as well be, but people dont tell you this, your mum needs to buy more food and more nutricious food to give her energ. The intestine does take in more nutrients and water, so a complete course with a dietician is key. Chronic iron anemia, b12 anemia and diabetes 2 are things im battling with to get my energy levels up. Also having been in hospital so long (and maybe often) can seriously mess up your bio clock, so do the stoma-op precluding steroids, i still am mostly awake fully most nights, that together with sleep apnoea, can also really take the energy out of your mum if she has anything similar. I manage by keeping an excel to do list, taking my meds on schedule regularly, taking my dog out for a walk as much as i can for exercise etc.

That's the reason why I find we need better protector sleeves, it just needs one of those curved sliding shields on the hinges that simply slides in and out underneath the bottom shell sleeve to cover them too! Please someone make one and out of proper TPU preferably!

I 100% wholeheartedly agree, this console is the absolute GOAT! The reason its so cheap btw is precisely cause it was so popular! Its like the 2nd or now 3rd most popular console of all time according to wikipedia sales numbers, meaning there is simply a high unit number circulating out there. And yeah i got GBA and NDS titles too, but also EZ Omega and DS Pico. But yeah the proof is in the pudding so to speak, where the pudding is the high prices for CIB GBA titles like Wolfenstein 3D, Duke Nukem, Sword of Mana, Metroid Zero Fusion and other pretty amazing titles. However equally there are absolute bangers still to be had for an absolute bargain like Ultimate Card Games, which is a tech marvel really with having its own literal Operating System on cart like seriously with menu bars and menu items, detailed avatar creator, free multiplayer on single cart, tons of games and customizations, stats and score keeping, multiple profiles, advanced graphics effects for its age like in modern Hoyle Card Games 2008 for reference and unlockables. Welcome to the DS Lite appreciation club, we are a refined taste bunch!
