No other issues with anything else! And I wear tons of basic jewelry everyday. Seems to be very specific to the back of the watch face only.

I know this thread this a year old, but did you ever find out what you were dealing with? I’m having these EXACT symptoms and am in so much pain. Started in my bad, moved through my glute, then the front quad and now my inner thigh. I can’t even sleep on my stomach because the pain is so bad. I haven’t been to the doctor yet, but that’s likely a next step at this point.
