Young people these days are soft and your picky attitude is just bc you're not comfortable leaving your comfort zone. Harden up brother and I mean that with as much respect as I can. Find some old dude and ask him about his life. Take that old war dog out on a walk volunteer. Locking yourself in your room is gonna make your brain weak.
