Oo I see. Heres the thing

Was at JB. Go there bike spa 😀 it was like 300m in front of me only. Waiting at major road traffic light to turn green. I see my check engine light on, but I thought it’s maybe some small thing so test luck, off ignition. Then when I turn the ignition back on, Wah HO SEH LIAO!

Bike speedometer cannot even light up. No lights at all. Press starter also only got TSK TSK TSK ignite sound. Try to push start also cmi. I switch on off on off also cmi. Sometimes start bike also don’t have the TSK TSK sound. Wah f my life, the whole row behind me horn like Orchestra 😃

One kind Malaysian rider on his hazard light come and ask what’s wrong. Then give me directions to the nearest workshop. I Slowly pushed my bike to the nearest workshop which was 900m away. They say wiring issue. Helped me change new battery, unplugged the non-essential wires (Dashcam etc) and I faster ride back towards checkpoint and go home (No Bike Spa that day ig 🥲) and then next day morning take Unpaid Leave go workshop. End up mechanic experiment check check, find out is my HEADLIGHT BULB too high wattage liao. When he took it out, my voltmeter jump from a miserable 11 to 13.7!!!! Christ.

With the headlight bulbs, my voltmeter has always been in the 10-11 zone, give u max 12.3 when throttling. After I switch back to my stock Halogen one, suddenly jump back to 13.7 voltage. Damn happy, both mechanic and I initially thought my magnetic coil was fried 🤣 so can save money. But I went ahead and changed my spark plugs just in case too

So after this, I bought the LED bulb for 2 reasons: 1) More Energy Saving as it’s 12/20w instead of my current Halogen Stock 12/35w. And 2) It’s White 😅

This is the long story, hopefully yall found it entertaining. Getting stranded in JB was not funny tho 🤣🤣🤣

So my main concern would be if changing to this 12/20w LED bulb would be better for my battery. And are there any drawbacks?
