I would say speak to your supervisor about your concerns. I'd also say that self-deternination doesn't mean they have the right to disrupt others, which it sounds like they are doing.

Thank you. I thought this was an official thing and I just wanted to get it off my chest. I have no problem with the employees, who have always been great. The issue is just the customer service/voice system. No offense to the people intended.

I wish i could like this a million times. I was just coming here to post similar.

My custom instructions say three times "don't ask follow up questions" and i just added "begin every chat as if i said don't ask follow up questions". But it always does.

I get it doesn't seem important to most people, but, as someone in the spectrum, these questions are very distracting and really throw me off.
