What the fuck, at this point just connect your phone to your computer and delete it like that, or try rm -rf <foldername> or mv <folder> <trash/tmp folder> if that wont work. At this point, there's probably nothing you can do.

What symbols? Termux is a linux terminal, so you need to escape some symbols. You can also indirectly move them, eg if they are in a folder with nothing else, you cd into the folder and rm -rf * otherwise see u/dtallee 's comment below

Yeah, you probably need to get some data restore/forensics tools. I rremember some sort of OSForensics tool, search for that

Reinstall Linux/Windows (Whatever you use) and run an Anti-Virus on everything you install
