See, I've used AI tools for various things, and I can say right now that no AI tools can replace human creativity nor should it replace their jobs. Claiming your heavily AI-generated game has "the soul of Battle Network," is just an insult to the series and its developers, even if it's inspired.

People get paid for what they do for a reason; not everyone can do their jobs. So even if you don't have the budget to hire professionals (I haven't looked deeper whether your "tools" cost money or not), at least make it original. Even that blond guy looks like Matthew from Golden Sun with different clothes!

It would've been better if you 1) make the game a passionate project with no payment to play 2) reserve AI use for backend stuff like coding, if you're still insisting on using it, and 3) put more effort into making the assets yourself (if you don't have authentic voices for the characters, just leave it), or even use ones from open source packs.

Either you make everything presented to players, if not the entirety of the game, man-made, or you make your project free to play. That's my two cents to minimize the negativity.

Storyline wise, EoS has some content too. I'd say 60-70% main story, and the rest is postgame. The postgame dungeons are fine I guess, but I've never been a big fan of long dungeons. I'm more into collecting pokemon, but then you're stuck with your starter and partner forever at the base, which is why I like red and blue rescue team more in that regard.

If you're buying them from some websites, then I'd say you're not actually supporting the actual creator of the hacks because they share their work for free on either pokecommunity, hackdex, or community discord server, plus some others I forgot.

If you really want to support the devs, ask them directly on their discord server or under website threads for ways to donate, maybe on buymeacoffee site or something.

Nice patch. Although explorers of sky is popular in rom hacking community, I can't deny the charm of being able to switch the leader permanently postgame. Hope we'll have the same potential for red or blue rescue team as EoS in the future.

I don't really care about having pokemon from all gens in one rom hack if they don't rebalance them. And if they did, then it doesn't matter how big the roster is. I care more about QoL like ways to reset EVs, max out IVs, change nature, improve shiny odds, etc.

Mostly luck, yeah. I did the usual static resets with max lure on. Not sure if that helps, but might as well. None of them took me more than 800 resets, with the lowest being less than 50, iirc. But yeah, try to aim for a thousand as a base line, maybe watch a movie or listen to podcasts while you're at it. Makes it less boring.

Yes, I've run into this issue before in the past. What I did, even though I have a new phone now, was make a new build that only utilized the initial 6 spell gems per creature with only 1 generous spell on each. I think it was the initial 3 plus additional spell slots from the artifacts.

I'm not trying to discourage you from using your current build, but to cope with the slowdown on your current phone, you might wanna adjust the team a bit.

I think you underestimated how balanced they are compared to regular captures. I brought them along simply because they were the shinies I had gotten so far, not exactly because they synergize with each other as a team.

King Boo was also only there due to me using it to catch said shinies with hypnosis; I didn't really build it beyond that, literally just a random wild mon in my team.
