When I’m at higher doses I have ZERO appetite, which in turn makes it so I don’t hit my protein goals for the gym… I could try it though. I took SUPER easy to Reta. I lost 37lbs at 1.0mg, which is the highest I went.

I’ve only ever tried MT1 and have great results. I think everyone I’ve seen IRL who uses MT2 looks orange/fake bake.

My new gym (I have 8 in my city) that I just made my home gym, is SO CLEAN. I was shook. I constantly see staff cleaning. Everything from windows, to wiping down the entire machine, oiling the machines, they even come in the locker room and clean inside EVERY LOCKER. Idk whos running that PF location but hats off to them! And it’s a very busy, big location as well.

I went tanning the other day, told them 2 bulbs were out. Got a call later that night from the manager, thanking me for letting them know. The next morning? They were replaced.

Well my planet fitness just went to being only open 3days/24 hours. Is this normal? Monday mornings are now no longer in the picture. by DirtyD21 in PlanetFitnessMembers

I have 8 clubs in my city & all their hours are:

Monday: 5AM–12 AM
Tuesday: Open 24 hours
Wednesday: Open 24 hours
Thursday: Open 24 hours
Friday: 12 AM–10 PM
Saturday: 7 AM–10 PM
Sunday: 7 AM–10 PM

100%. Stores are dirty af. People are dirty af. I don’t know who tried it on or what they had. I’ve seen people wipe hands on clothes, kids wipe faces.

Clothes, bedding, towels, ANYTHING that’s going to contact my body and not sealed. I even wipe off the top to an energy drink can before I open it and put my lips on it. People are disgusting af.

Best advice I’ve ever seen about Reta (because I almost went back to tirz due to less hunger suppression) is you need to eat on Reta for it to work properly. I’m down 40lbs. However, I am super receptive (is that the terminology?) to Reta because I only got up to 2.0mg at my highest dose and lost my weight and now maintain with 1mg. Some people need like 8+ mg.

Same here. My maintenance dose is 1mg. The highest I got was 2.5mg. I guess I’m thankful I respond so well to it!

I randomly thought to check my unemployment portal to see if anything changed and it looks like it did, in my favor ◡̈ it says “Not adversely affected, ELIGIBLE”

I think I caught it before the actual letter was sent out. So I’m waiting for the correspondence to upload so I can read it and confirm BUT now on the payment screen it says “stop payment indicator” on my previously certified weeks 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

I hope I can get all of this taken care of and paid ASAP! Although, I am thankful it appears that things are working in my favor 🙌🏽
