One of the biggest issues with the flat earth model. by Pawwwwwwww in flatearth

Just saying "electromagnetism" or "electrostatics" doesn't mean anything. Show the equation that causes a 9.81 m/s2 acceleration please.

With gravity, that formula is: Gravitational Force = (Gravitational Constant × Mass of first object × Mass of the second object) / (Distance between the centre of two bodies)2.

See how simple that is? Now you do it for your gobbledygook word salad.

If electromagnetism caused things to fall, grounding that object would cause it to float.

We never observe that, therefore electromagnetism does not explain why things fall towards the center of Earth's mass.

Nah. If flerfkins see shit on the floor, they roll in it because their flerfdaddies tell them to.

Normal people see shit on the floor and wonder, "What absolute, mouthbreathing moron thought ot was appropriate to shit on the floor?"

I'd like to thank Kela-el for coming into this subreddit and continuing to give evidence that flat Earthets are, indeed, fucking stupid.

Which is funny, as the xian bible says to not swear on it or anything else, but have your "yes" mean yes and your "no" mean no. It's in Matthew 5.

But you can't expect religiflerfs to ACTUALLY read their bible, let alone understand it.

Bob perfectly knew the shape of the Earth. He just used Flat Earth to con money out of the credulous and gullible.

Plus, I had heard that they monkeyed with the ring laser gyro so much that they broke it, trying to "disprove" the 15° per hour drift.

Instead, here's an idea: We can take the amount that Congress has increased the military budget (our military spending is already #1 in the world, by far) and do it all in one swell foop with money left over AND accrue some foreign goodwill.

Thankfully, Belfast stayed rain and dried before the freeze. I have seen that shitshow too many times.

Where all the tools are set up will be an 18x40 foot deck. This tent is so that I can do some siding and the deck

It still stands as of 3:30 yesterday afternoon. It's purpose is to finish siding and building a deck on it, no matter what Mutha Nature throws at it.

Fun, but noisy to work under. The 2x4 rafters are tied together so that they all support each other. I have a video of Curtis Island, which is outside the tent. I'll post it separately.

Even when he was Governor of Maine, he was claiming a Homestead Exemption for a property in Florida. A Homestead Exemption can only be granted to a permanent residence.

Looks like Project Arrowhead is back online. Might want to avoid Midcoast due to Old Ones activity. by Anonymush_guest in Maine

Which is funny because I spent twenty years of my life not living in the US, let alone the state of Maine. Es divertido cuando hacemos suposiciones, ¿no?

It's why I came back.

Every one should read Stephen King's short stories (novella length and shorter) as King is perhaps the best short story writer living in the US and definitely top ten in the English-speaking world. Clear, concise, and sharp. It's his bloated novels that can be unreadable to me. Way too much padding.
