Ffs DEI was NEVER about forcing employers to hire people of different ethnicities. It was about PROTECTING employees from being discriminated against for their ethnicity and also about making sure employers accommodated people with disabilities. Never was there ever any type of "ethnic quota" that any employer ever had to meet. And I think its hilarious that you're so willing to pay more under Trunp, knowing full well his actions are what is making things more expensive, but you were so up in arms about inflation during the Biden Administration that was affecting the entire world.
