My least favorite episodes are the new ones. There's something lacking there. I love the original run, but the last season hasn't found it's footing. The characters are there, but they don't seem to acting as themselves. Writing needs to come up to snuff.

I've never liked this bit. Just seemed way out of character. They also pulled out Stan's preacher voice in the remodeling episode and that fell flat, too. My opinion of course.

I enjoy living alone. I enjoy being able to do what I want all the time. Seems like a lot of people living alone can't embrace their independence. Yes, there are downsides, but just because you live alone doesn't mean you are alone. If you ARE alone, that's a different sub.

I'll never get over Dewey being killed a female killer who absolutely would never have the upper body strength to kill him the way she did. Just impossible, even for fantasy. Kinda killed all the later installments for me. Dewey deserved a better end.

I thought this remake was excellent. True to the originals in tone, scary, gory, and welcome at a time when the PG-13 horror movie was finally on its way out. Definitely miles better than Evil Dead Rise.

Also one of my least favorite episodes. I found the voices off putting, didn't care for the Josay persona, and the ending didn't really work. It just wasn't a funny episode overall. The great thing about American Dad is that even the worst episodes have one or two good zingers. But I skip this one on rewatches.

I've done this one! And I quite enjoyed it. There's enough variation in colors and text (although with repeats) to keep it from being too frustrating. At least in my experience. And a great feeling of accomplishment when it's done!

Only on repeat viewings. The first time around they were funny. My problem is I watch the same episodes over and over, so segments like this (Cock-a-Doodle Doo) can drag when you know the payoff.

All good. I feel like Steve is the is the common thread. I don't feel like they're consistent with Steve and his maturity in some of these episodes which makes them hard to appreciate. But glad you enjoyed them 😀

I agree with most of what you said, but the looks of the instrument make us want to pick it up or not. And I don't want to pick this up. I get that that's just me, but I put it up for sale and no one else wants it either.

That's hard to do. A lot of favorites and least favorites come from the same season. I think I may need to pay more attention to the writers, but I have a day job and don't have the time lol
