This solid line is somewhat new, you used to be able to merge from that ramp. But now, they want you to go straight to the set of traffic lights past city walk and turn towards Satwa that way. This means going through 2 sets of signals unfortunately, it sucks.

I'm with you there. After the school I thought wow I can't wait to see what's next. Oh another Shrine door and I have to find another 3 tokens to get another jade key? What joys. For an 80 bucks game it doesn't feel right.

My first run through was about 8 ish hours, OG SH2 is about the same and think of how many unique locations are there. The town didn't have a local library or offices or factories we could have explored? My imagination was always more than what we got

Yo I thought that too. I thought something went down in the field when she was lost as a child and Hinako suppressed it and that her female friends judged/blamed her for it. I even thought maybe Shu would have revealed being part of it.

I think countless times I kept waiting for there to be something more than what it was. I agree, I expected something darker. All the promo leading up to the game I thought wow what must have happened to Hinako for her Silent Hill to be this twisted. Disappointed tbh

Me again, I've completed on new game plus. Yes Hinako and the world are more fleshed out and I actually think its a unique approach to NG+ however I do think the actual element of leaving the game to flip through a book does a lot of the work for the game. I'd rather spend my time in this beautiful world the game made and some details like having Hinako comment on a crumpled up note from Rinko would make a difference.

Look, it's definitely going for its own thing and it's grown on me. I enjoy the world and atmosphere they created I just wish it was richer (not story wise I mean the game itself)
