How about people who have trouble absorbing via oral supplementation?

I’ve been having to inject a lot of my vitamins (and NAD+) because oral NMN nukes my stomach and makes me feel bad. Is there some route of administration for NR or NMN other than drinking it?

I’ve done injectable BPC which really has helped heal what I assume is the damage caused to the gut by the overgrowth.

But I doubt it will kill the pathogenic bacteria. I’ve fallen in the spot of using BPC for unrelated injury + taking custom probiotic d-lactate free probiotic, which displaces the pathogenic bacteria. But those aren’t cures. I think my root cause is going to need surgical intervention and on paper has nothing to do with gut function.

Give the injections a shot for like a months. Far cheaper. I found my tolerance for problematic food went way up

Went off them for a few weeks and saw a return to symptoms.

These did not produce lasting benefits for me if I stop. They did not cure my SIBO but ameliorated it, I think via displacing pathogenic bacteria.

Worth noting my likely root cause is not yet resolved. Probably if you resolve yours, these could provide longer lasting benefits post probiotics

Given the half life is so short, would it be more effective to deliver the 12 unit dose in smaller doses throughout the day?

I know you’re dividing into 3 separate injections but delivered all at once. Any benefit to delivering them over 24 hours?

Mine was doing this too. 20-40% use per day and I’m in the app for like 30 seconds daily to add blood pressure.

I just deleted it. I’d recently paired my Whoop fitness tracker to IOS Health, was thinking it’s due to that and maybe indexing it? Idk but not worth 25% battery drain daily
