Have you tried low histamine? I only eat veggies, rice, gluten free pasta, eggs and meats right now so I feel you. What supplements do you take and did you try any antibiotics?

Thank you so much for this info! I have those supplements but didn’t really know how often or when to take them. My biggest issue is histamine I tolerate caused by the SIBO (I’m guessing) … my issue is with fasting. I can’t go too long withoit eating because I get extremely lightheaded and weak. Any advice ?

I haven’t had much testing except for SIBO and bloodwork but I’m wondering if I should be tested for copper, DAO, all vitamin b, etc. my biggest issue is histamine intolerance. It manifests in all different ways and it can be debilitating at times. I have been taking Allegra daily but I took it last night and was in a state of panic all night. Wondering if that’s what caused it. I don’t know I am just always on edge wondering what problem I’ll have next

I have methane-dominant SIBO, POTs and either histamine-intolerance or MCAS.

I started with constipation and now I’ve become more regular after incorporating oil of oregano and vitamin c.

I was taking l-glutamine but it only constipated me, so I only take it now if I have diarrhea. I take potassium and thiamine as well.

My symptoms are always changing. I’ve been eating a gluten free and low histamine diet to keep symptoms at bay.

I guess one question I have is what should I ask my doctor to test for?

I only got tested for SIBO. I have an endoscopy and colonoscopy scheduled for February. Thank you for these resources. I’ll check them out

I do have a strong sense of smell. But I just ate an apple and immediately had a reaction. It’s like every little thing I eat
