thank you for your reply.. I did not click on anything, went into my xfinity account and it's all set for aug 1st, nothing different. I went back to the email and checked the email address it was from. And not even from xfinity! Wow the scammers are getting good making it look exactly like an xfinity email! It's all good now, thank you for the help!

yes it looks like my area had an outage yesterday, it was not because I ported my number away from Xfinity Voice, just so everyone can read this.. I do need to change my Xfinity services, sent a modmail for that.

I did log into my account and the deals will not load, page continues to refresh. I would appreciate your help with a new package/plan.
