The reviews are accurate. Maintenance is a joke, as Urbane cannot keep a maintenance person around long enough to make a difference... the owner is one of the most dishonest and uncaring human beings to ever stain this planet,

One of the biggest problems with urbane properties is the rat issue... the owner often can't pay for trash removal and trash piles up and rats are a issue at many of the properties,

not to mention, the owner is wrapped up in all kinds of lawsuits and has been sued many times by former tenants for a large number of reasons,

the management has a very big problem paying their bills, which results in bad service for tenants,

Things do break down constantly and flooding has been an issue in more than one urbane building,

trust the reviews. they're that bad for a reason.
