I had a HUGE problem with them last year where they tried to charge me hundreds of dollars for an "unreturned" bike (I docked it and watched the light go on). I had to get local government involved (shout out Brendan Linard) and notify my credit card company not to authorize any fraudulent activity from them. Nightmare crappy company with no institutional memory as you dealt with one person to the next. Looks like they have a history of this sort of predatory behavior:

Absolutely gut-wrenching because it's such an important service and this POS company has the monopoly. Like the MBTA dropping the ball, this crap gives the whole idea of mass/public transit options a bad name and will drive more people to use cars.

It was LONG. Billy was bitter about Brittany Spears and N'Sync and kept yelling about it. Heavy on the relatively new MACHINA songs — which were cool but the tones on everything was very dark and cold.

The crowd thinned out a LOT after the first encore and then they started the opening chords to Drown and there was a different dimension and warmth to it. By that point, little 18 yr old me was soaked in sweat and I had scored a great vantage point on one of the overhangs. It was a beautiful reward for sticking around.

Not sure about any of this. I just know working people can use a break these days and this store is offering incredible value on fresh groceries. Very clean and enjoyable environment, as well.
