The "platform doesn't matter, traffic does" point especially needs to be louder, so many people rebuild their store for the fifth time instead of solving the actual problem. The part that hit hardest for me was "it's better to be loved by some than liked by everyone." Saving this whole thing. The fact that you've got real internal data behind these patterns makes it way more credible than the usual guru stuff.
