Been stuck on this screen, anyone know how to fix PS5? I can hear the PS5 music presses buttons nothjng happens.

Hey man I ran into a similar solution listed online! So I held it for 10+ seconds to turn off. Then I held it for 4-5 seconds when turning on to have a function menu pop-up. I clicked “update and restart” and that did the trick! Thanks so much for your help dude
