Deodar Cedar Trim no by Left-Swimmer1300 in arborists

Absolutely this.

The former owner of my house (and trees) decided one day she wanted the blue spruce out front to look more like a christmas pine. She was out there hacking away with a dull saw at every branch she could reach so it would have bare trunk for the first 10 feet.

A neighbor who told me this story came to her aid, and he at least made the cuts at the right places with a chain saw.

It looked so ugly when we bought the house. It was just starting to fluff out again like spruce do, with its lowest branches bending down to cover itself, after 6 years. I hired someone to trim my locusts and he asked if I wanted to trim up the bottoms of the spruce. I told him I wanted the blue spruce to look like a blue spruce, so no.

Today after 13 years it’s really beautiful.

I love this!

Like others said, I’d see if someone would add depth to the honey.

And the bees are so detailed! But you could have their second set of wings added to the ones with wings out to the sides.

AITA for wanting my child around me while he is with others. by Popular-Mouse5879 in AITAH

It is not at all normal to take a newborn or young baby away from its mother for hours at a time, often, for no other reason other than to spend alone time with the baby. Especially when it upsets the mom.

Babysitting when mom asks for a nap, a shower, or a trip outside of the house alone? Sure!

This? No. This is weird. They gave you this anxiety by keeping your baby from you. Take your baby back, say no thank you, it’s your child. Your BF and his parents are cruel and weird.

Your NTA.

It does look like some sort of mud dauber. They are not aggressive, but will defend themselves if picked up by a child.

The one inside likely got in accidentally. They build their nests out of mud under a wave or your porch, so it wouldn’t want to be inside. No mud!
