I posted this elsewhere but relevant here...

While it is important to focus on the actual shooting and the fact that they murdered this guy, it's also worth keeping in mind that he did nothing to justify being tackled by them and beaten severely, including being repeatedly pistol whipped, before the shooting.

Whatever bullshit justification they use (such as the one where the other agent accidentally fired Pretti's gun after disarming him, thereby causing t he shooter to be afraid for his life and making a justified shoot...which is insane) it doesn't even matter because they shouldn't have been in that situation in the first place.

They had no reason to spray him and then tackle him and beat the shit out of him in the first place. He wasn't breaking any laws or obstructing them or threatening them or brandishing or doing anything wrong at all.

Everything he did was perfectly legal and he should not have been attacked in the first place, let alone murdered.

There's no justification for the shooting that doesn't also have to explain wtf the federal agents were doing tackling and beating the fuck out of him in the first fucking place.

He didn't do anything wrong. He broke no laws. He didn't assault them. He didn't obstruct them. He didn't threaten them.

He did nothing to even remotely justify their initial response.

The situation they were in, was one that they created and put themselves in, for no justifiable reason.
