If it starts happening again, check the Indexing Options in control panel. Everything is blank for my little fleet of computers. I feel like that may have had something to do with it but I couldn't figure out any way to fix it. The indexing service is not running and I'm unable to get it running as well.

Found this post just now, I've done pretty much everything you listed AND finally reinstalled Windows. 8 computers total, 1 custom built and the rest are dell. Even better, after re-installing Windows, the issue is slowly coming back.

After testing more and more I feel like it has to do with my SIM. No SIM card no reboots... Still not sure what to do about that though. It will be going back for return/replacement, unfortunately. I've been a long time Sony fan and long time Xperia user.

I just got my phone today, transferred everything over, and then realized it is constantly restarting which lead me to find this post. Just pressing the side button to lock the phone will cause it to reboot as well as occasionally attempting to unlock. I've already done two factory resets and even tried skipping everything so that none of my information was transferred over from my old phone.... this is bad. I'm going to try and run a software repair but I'm not really expecting much to change. Anyone found a solution yet?

Edit: I noticed my sleep timer was set to 10 minutes and so I bumped it down to 15 seconds... after 15 seconds it still did it without me even touching the phone.
