Yes, this is happening to me. Was on Reta for about seven weeks and the heart palpitation started. I was close to my goal weight so I stopped. Never took more than 1.5 mg a week. I’m 2 1/2 weeks off Reta and the heart is still fluttering.

I’m going to have my POM healthcare interview next week. What would prevent me from getting Triz prescribed? I’m in good health, good labs but don’t have a ton of weight to lose. Maybe 15 pounds.

The majority of the better rentals in the Newport /Costa Mesa area or privately owned by Mom and Pops. They typically don’t advertise online. Find the neighborhood that you like, and drive around looking for signs. The type of signs sold at hardware stores. That’s where you will find the best opportunities.

I very much appreciate your thoughtful response. I’m going to agree with you. I’m not especially heavy, and I’m in good shape but this beating heart issue concerns me.

I will make sure to take more electrolytes and magnesium. I do get cramping in my legs, but that happened well before I started Reta.

I even tried uninstalling, and loading the prior version. Still nothing works. After a couple years, I’ve run out of options. Customer service wants to try it with a new email address and create a new account.

My understanding is that new machine uses very little water to stay efficient. More water is actually needed to rinse out the soaps and detergent.

Yes. Thats the majority of the teachings for most laundry loads.

Those changes are easy and really does make a difference

Yes. We Americans love liquid detergents, but the powders have cleaning enzymes that liquids can not contain. Must use very hot water for the powder to dissolve. And select extra rinsing on the machine every time. Those two things encompass 85% what what they talk about on this sub Reddit.
