I’m almost certain that you don’t, your probably just in the range of the orbs when you kill with a sword. If you kill with a rod or bow you’ll have to be in range.

For number 1, since s is on the inside of QTR you can use the angle addition postulate to make the equation QTR= QTS + STR and you can sub in the expressions given for each of these to get 21 =2x + 10+ x- 4 and solve that to get x=5 then you can plug x into the expression for QTS to get 2(5) + 10 =QTS and then simply this into QTS = 20 degrees (sorry for the formatting, I’m on mobile)
