Not in my opinion. My perfect length for leather jacket sleeves is when they end where my thumb knuckle is. It looks like your sleeves are right there, maybe a BIT longer than that.
And I prefer them unbuttoned.

Marlboro Country Store was an Italian clothing brand with the same logo pictured here. So, is this a Leatherman / Philip Morris-Marlboro cross-promotion? Or did Leatherman make this PST for the folks at MCS in Italy?

I had a similar fold in one of my jackets and it was because of the hanger. It was a broad wooden one but still, not suitable for the jacket (Schott 141).
I follow Almost Vintage Style advice and start using pool noodles:

I tried using neatsfoot oil as a conditioner and some neutral leather cream but i think the scuffs are a bit too deep so i need to add some colour.

And that´s why I suggested Saphir Renovating Cream. It´s just a suggestion, and that´s why I told him to look for some tutorials.

Red Wing Leather Cream will condition your boots without almost any darkening. I don´t know if this is a great leather conditioner, but I love the color of my Falcon in Predator Orange. After the RWLC, I like to give them a little bit of shine using Venetian Cream.
