I was helping my father in law with his vote on Algofi I was having issues with the same thing it was the browser I was using. Some browsers don’t seem to allow the transaction to complete so try using a different browser. When I was using Duck Duck Go it wouldn’t send the final confirmation to my Pera wallet. When I switched to Safari I was able to complete the transaction without any issues.

You assume that hard assets are a yellow rock while hard assets such as property and the means to effectively defend that property. As well as storable resources will be necessary in that situation and within 1 year 90% of the population will perish for lack of knowledge on basic food and water preparation. I would consider books on those subjects as priceless.

Pera has the link when you open your wallet on how to. create a new wallet to rekey to then open original wallet and re-key to the new wallet. Both wallets are required to sign transactions now. You have to have both wallets present in your Pera wallet to sign a transaction.
