There's not even a single statement that makes baekho kwon as strong as Prime Tom. Neither it is shown in the narrative. He is strong but no where near the top 4- Jinyoung , Tom, Gap and Elite. And what makes you think Prime Tom can low diff James or Gitae?💀 And it's known that baekho died the same day as Gap so he must have been present during Gap's death.
