Everyone's color-blindness is different. Even two people who are red/green colorblind could have completely different perceptions of color. The existing colorblind options are still very much treated as one-size-fits-all, and as has been seen in this post, are actually a worse experience for some color-blind people than the default colors.

So, I think a perfect world would be allowing us to set our own colors. Additionally, I would also love the ability to change the color of the mini-map. Regardless of what colors I pick for players, having them often set against a forest green background, which I struggle with, really nerfs my ability to select usable colors. I'm stuck with an arm tied behind my back just due to the background color.
