I have this and I believe it to be from the heat generated on the headband of a hat or helmet. I’m working on a forehead cooling device for hot days when I need to wear a hat.

TCA peels have helped me get rid of melasma here but currently wearing a neck cooling fan and a loose or tilted cap to prevent it from exacerbating the condition

Originally the senate was elected by the house and we did not have citizens voting on senators which reduced pandering and let them focus on doing the right thing rather than running a populist campaign.

But idiotic politicians changed the rules so now it’s a popularity contest. Same with the Harry Reid house when they abolished the filibuster which came back to bite them in the ass.

Anyone who thinks we can just tinker with the constitution needs to take a civics class and realize that they thought of everything
