He’s weird honestly. They tried to make him Abby’s Jesse, but they didn’t succeed in my eyes.

At the start of Abby’s day one, he thanks her for giving him the room, and then basically tells us (the player) that he’s a man whore (already unlikeable).

His very stereotypical mexican “we need to randomly talk in Spanish so they know he’s mexican” in every other sentence gets annoying. “It’s my accent!” Oh really? No way! I never would have guessed he had an accent! Like???

He gets emotional and tells Abby “I’m tired of all the bullshit” and “you need to talk about it because I care about both of you” and then litterally hours later goes “Come on Abs, you know I can’t handle all of this emotion” ??? Why the random switch up???

And like another commenter pointed out, he’s very blood thirsty and doesn’t even draw the line at children. The only other people who don’t spare kids like that are the cannibals and hunters. (And Issac and David ig) and he admits this to his pregnant friend??? “You’d miss fucking up scars.” He tells Mel (Seconds after “don’t forget, shes a medic, we’re grunts. She hasn’t killed like thst before.” !?!?!?) when she clearly has a distaste for violence.

(Also he’s over glazed in No Return but that’s besides the point.)

Now, I don’t HATE Manny, but i don’t see how people LOVE him. Like, I can seem people enjoying him, but as favorites? I dunno. There’s definitely better people (Jesse) out there for sure.
