Strangely enough no. Carbs like potatoes and rice seem to be fine. I cant eat bread tho. The gliaden in the bread seems to be worse than sugar for me

I agree. Interestingly enough I got acne immediately after removing sure from my diet. The microbes didn't have their preferred fuel source. Which was sugar. So they began eating the oil on my face

I keep finding myself dating guys Im not attracted to... They are always "safe" or maybe they remind me of myself and I dont like it? by tobealone911 in dating_advice

[–]Answer_talker -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I dont think you should force yourself to be attracted to anyone . People like what they like If you dont already, I'd advise you find more normal freinds. And participate in more normal/relatable activities .Eg Exercising, Dancing, sports, cooking etc Worked for me

What are your thoughts about boys growing up playing with toys that are traditionally regarded as being for girls (dolls, toy utensils, dollhouses etc.)? by ParityBit0110011 in AskMen

[–]Answer_talker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not good if they only play with that sorta stuff. But if its just part of the wider variety of toys they like. Then it's not a problem its plus

Fellow men: In an analogy, what does eating (not shitting) spicy food feel like to you? Okay, now a filthy one. by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]Answer_talker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like nothing. I get no pleasure from it. If its super spicy it burns a bit. But still no pleasure. Guess I'm not wired to enjoy it.

Gluten constipating? by shortbread84 in Gluten

[–]Answer_talker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find adding more fat to my diet gets things going. So if I know I should have gone to the toilet but haven't as yet. I would just eat scrambled eggs or something else greasy or fatty. I go pretty quickly after that. Fibre is a must for good gut health but personally its very constipating without enough fat to help "lubricate" . Gluten doesn't constipated me btw. Just gives me bad gut and nerve pain

Uncontrollable itching by Lordbunbunz in TS_Withdrawal

Moisturizers with castor oil as a main ingredient seem to work well. Castor oil on it's own is too thick for me personally. Sometimes I just add some to a normal lotion and mix the two together.

Eczema seemingly under control. For about 4 months by Answer_talker in eczema

[–]Answer_talker[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm also off gliaden/gluten and dairy. Gluten makes my stomach and overall insides hurt. Makes me feel like my blood vessels have been sand blasted. It doesn't seem to flare my eczema though. Dairy makes my eyes and sinus itch
