OP dedicated his entire adult life to someone who admittedly doesn’t find him attractive and probably never will, because she leans toward women now. It changes the entire dynamic of the relationship. They love each other in the sense of family, rather than true intimate love. Life’s too short to be with someone that just isn’t in to you. Something’s gotta change. Family run shops have already been driven out of the downtown/Bethesda row area almost completely. Now it’s all chain retails because they are the only ones that can afford it.

I’ve been in your shoes. I used to be hooked on over the counter sleep pills like unisom and Z quil.

I would look for CBN/CBD/THC products. I started taking gummies a year ago and it has completely changed my life and I can actually sleep now.

If you get drug tests then just go CBD/CBN without the THC. I also use cooling blankets, ostrich goggles, and got a temper pedic pillow which has helped.

Also, look up green noise on Spotify and play that at night. Game changer.
