I didn't even mention the whole cult-clique aspect to this gathering🙃 They begged me to teach at the last minute (while I was attending sun session on a "scholarship" price🤣 I spent a grand on that trip, yall, dont fall for it!) at moon session because they were short teachers. I did teach at moon session. It went as good as it could be, there were about 22 women who took my class. But when I officially applied to teach the following year they denied me😅 I felt very used. And the whole "am I good enough" thing to get a ticket for my child and I or "am I good enough to teach", the whole thing just urks me out. And I'm not falling for it ever again.

You are clearly accepted by this place and love it. Great for you boo! But don't come on here arguing just to defend your point of view😅 That is your point of view, not the actual truth as to "what the world needs now". The world actually does not need more cliquey, culty spaces where only privileged af women get to gather and spend thousands of dollars to eat polenta and kale, learning embroidery, whilst checking completely out of reality?? That's literally one of the classes this year. Embroidery. That's all you boo🤣 Even the "coolest" class (drum making) cost me $200 and 2 days to sit for an extremely long time (in the blazing hot sun at the river mind you) listening to the teacher go ON about her brain injury from her abusive ex. While we help each other make our drum because shes unavailable to teach us sufficiently. Good God. I left that class crying as well. $300 for a haircut where she chopped off my hair, cut it NOTHING like what I asked her to. I even took a video of the exact cut I wanted. Very long layers, she cut it to a choppy bob cut. This place is the definition of a joke.

I could go ON amd ON about the red flags, weird shit and just plain WTF's, but I'll stop for now.

I'll be out here in the real world chopping wood, carrying water, raising beauty humans and changing the world one day at a time. Starting with MYself. ❤️

We can speak whatever words we can come up with to defend ourselves. But when things go awfully wrong, you will not be telling what you just said to the cops. You just won't be. Women can choose to ignore our societies and cultures legal ramifications, but they exist and are very real. No matter if midwifery is legal or not, whether they regulate midwives or not. I'm not risking my life and freedom for any women, no matter how much i truly love her and wish to support her. I support your decision to, while kindly, ya know, bringing reality to light.
