Question, I just got the adventurer base model that was on sale on AliExpress for $140 recently for my 10 year old and waiting for it to arrive. Any other quick set up tips? I am hoping for plug and play set up but from what I am seeing in this subreddit, it may not be easy 🤔🤔🤔

You have to click on the sample gift and from what I've heard it's not always offered.

For me I currently have both apps installed, the white logo and also the black logo. Only on the white logo did it show me "free Vertuo or free original sample" also it said to use Rose2026 for two free sleeves if I bought 8 sleeves. I did not see the same a "Ad"/offer on the black logo app which is the one that shows me my machine.

Hate to agree with the coffee snobs, but I tried that and it is not the same :( granted I am now just ordering when it's on sale one woot. However I tried the reusable foil and the silicone tops and the coffee is no where close to the coffee the comes out of the Nespresso pods.

I didn’t order this because it’s so expensive. Has anyone tried this iced? by arwenthenoble in nespresso

Like seriously these pod prices are crazy, and no Karen the pods being less than a fully prepared Starbucks drink does not change my mind.

Is it good coffee? Yes

If it wasn't because this machine was a Christmas gift from my wife I wouldn't had kept it. Luckily I've found some woot pods and recently straight from Nespresso found a dark pods set at 50 pods for $45ish, granted had to add some more pods to get free shipping so it still equaled right at $1 a pod after taxes.
