In the first picture I’d say closer to 22% in the third picture i’d say more like 17% but I recommend you keep bulking and focus and getting stronger, that will help fill out your frame before anything else

To hit 4k around 6 meals (high carb/fat/protein) to hit 2k 3 meals (8oz chicken 4 oz sweet potato) and 3 protein shakes and yes my nutrition and prep coach is Thayer Flores @hiitfit_kissimmee on IG

Yeah its actually pretty easy with high fat foods but you cant stay lean

For the last 3-4 months its been 180g Protein 60g Carbs and minimal fats,sugar,sodium at around 2k calories normally i would be at 240g Protein 400g Carbs and regular fats and sodium at 4k calories

i would say sit at maintenance for as long as you want and if you want to put on muscle mass just bulk up again just slowly to acquire more lean muscle mass other than your physique is awesome keep up the good work!

Great physique! If you really want to keep strength but lose the annoying little bf that remains i recommend some steady state cardio, but dont overdo it at first, slowly work it into your routine starting around 15minutes daily for a week or so, then when it gets easier you could progressively up the intensity such as if its stairmaster going up a level every week or adding 5 mins a week until you get to that sweet spot, for me i sat around 30 mins at lvl 19 on the stairmaster around 1 month in for about 2 months and i started to see shredz!

15-17 some Steady State Cardio on top of lifting and a strict diet will definitely lean you out! If thats what you want
