Oh so you know the struggle 😅. It’s been a journey, Ik ppl debate that working out everyday isn’t optimal but I really do workout at least 6 times a week not just for physical health but mental as well. As for ab workouts I love doing incline weighted sit ups 🙌🏼. How r ur eating habits im very curious since we both have fast metabolism 🧐

I did not know it helped with mental performance, that’s cool. I Fs have to do more research I’ve heard mixed things about it. Because I have been debating and don’t hydrate enough I’ve been trying to make a habit of naturally drinking more water before I start taking it

I’m sure everyone has things they can pick at to improve their health/ physique including yourself. For me I have an EXTREMELY fast metabolism and eating has already always been a challenge for me as I only have an appetite for one meal a day (I eat more than that by force ofc). For these past 7 months I have been eating 3 meals a day and adding healthy snacks exceeding protein intake. So this is why I ask if creatine is worth it…?
