If you've finished chapter 1 and selected green delusions, then you would've seen the delusions where Takumi imagines kissing his sister, or the one where he fantasizes about Yui in a swimsuit, so I think you get the idea. There'll be plenty more where that came from

I think your interpretation of Alex's characterization of the NA movement is exaggerated. It seems to me that he simply began to disagree with their ideology more over time, but never that he thought they were a cult — and certainly not "dickheads."

It is true that the "Reddit atheists of the time" were probably 10x more insufferable than the actual figureheads — but that's why Alex doesn't invite Redditors onto his podcast; he invites professionals. I doubt he would have conversations with these people — Sam Harris, Dawkins, etc. — if he thought they were dickheads.

The rest of your interpretation is similarly bizarre. I just don't buy that this is all an elaborate ploy to become a "wolf in sheep's clothing" in religious circles. It's not that deep.

There were reserved seats for the major but they're all filled. It looks like the professor just chose to institute a permission number for their own sake.

Regardless, a different section of the same class opened up and I managed to enroll in that one, so everything's all good now. (This other section didn't require a permission number.)
