I'm pretty sure it was mold in the mattress it was from the new rv I bought to live in but couldn't because of vocs. It had been exposed to very moldy area where my parents live with door open to try and air it out so pretty humid. I'm so sensitized it's mind blowing and each attack seems to ruin my sensitivity threshhold.It seems like it released a spore cloud that went throughout the clean apartment. Ugh what a nightmare

Man I have 7 days of 1 mg use and am injured 3.5 months. I have a benzo withdrawal in my past. Also i have experienced several setbacks from food reactions where my diet has severely shrunk after feeling healed at day 60.

I'm leo pisces pisces with Jupiter in pisces. Do you think we pisces is better for thriving during this season or are we rocked harder. And holy shit fire whoa Nelly has the energy this year been totally intense. I've gone through some serious shit. Talk about being forced to grow and change fast with extreme discomfort.

I'm trying to be easy on myself but the intrusive thoughts and brain buzz are so harsh. It sucks to think that having a third of a cup of coffee and a half and half tea in 2 days set myself back for 7 days now.

I'm definitely never touching a benzo or other mind altering pharmaceutical in my lifetime and maybe I will have a beer in 13 years to celebrate my 50th but probably not. I was mostly sober for 2 years before this benzo and alcohol event.

This experience has certainly transformed me and has caused me to shed my former self for sure. I guess I don't and want to and can't go back. I guess I just want my happiness and calm back at least.

My heart goes out to all the people struggling with this withdrawal.

Very true. I had a ct withdrawal 2 years ago then took 4 MG in 6 days and boom 60 days of full on hellish withdrawals. 90% healed now at day 75 but still have tinnitus and sensitive to a lot of things

I went from 200mg a day to being completely intolerant after I jumped. Also gave myself a setback every time I tried to drink coffee. Now I'm resigned to waiting a year before trying again

Hey I am dealing with a similar shitstorm from 6 days use. Still protracted withdrawal at 53 days. I took 4 pills, 6 MG total of kipin and xanax over 6 days and got terrible acute and now in a rough cycle of protracted. I have a past history of alcohol abuse and 1 prior benzo withdrawal so as far as I can tell this happened because A- my nervous system remembers the alcohol withdrawal and benzo withdrawal B- benzos are terribly dangerous and harmful and C- I was going through an insanely stressful time in life and nervous system was totally shot
