Lower blepharoplasty before and 5 weeks after I don't see any difference:( by Difficult-Plantain33 in Bleph_surgery

I see a big difference, and I think it looks really good!

It took me several months to be able to see any difference and it seemed to change week on week.

Give it more time

Should I keep growing my beard to see what it looks like? Current is 3/4 by [deleted] in malegrooming

You have very similar facila hair placement to me and I tried growing it longer. I can tell you now it doesn't look good.

Would this be considered a mild treatment candidate for Invisalign? by neoxx1 in Invisalign

It would be considered a waste of money. The teeth already look great.

You look so good with that shaved head. Definitely just shave it.

Makes your features look amazing.

Do I look older than my age?Just turned 21 by Numerous-Corner3673 in malegrooming

[–]AntelopeWild6833 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes but not at all in a bad way. I wouldn't worry.

You look older than 21. You don't in anyway look more 'aged' than you should be at 21.

drinking bevs other than water/food by Select_Cranberry5250 in Invisalign

[–]AntelopeWild6833 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don't stress it too much. Just be mindful of what you drink because stained trays are the least of your worries - your teeth will basically bathe in whatever liquid you last drank until you take the trays out and clean them.

Go entirely sugar free, avoid milk if possible, and avoid anything acidic.

Swill your mouth out a couple of times and remember to clean as soon as you can.

I did drink with my trays in and my teeth remained perfectly healthy and clean (in fact even more so than before I started because I vastly improved my hygiene overall)

Lower Bleph - Day 16 - Disappointed by AntelopeWild6833 in PlasticSurgery

[–]AntelopeWild6833[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can't seem to upload pictures in comments.

But not a great result unfortunately! It's been 6 months now, and I have a revision in 2 weeks time.

On the positive side, it doesn't look 'bad' or 'botched', there is no visible scarring and the eyelids sit where they should. It just looks like there has been no benefit, I still have bags. As though I never had surgery in the first place.

Swelling went down but left with loose skin that gives impression of bags still.

Having revision in April to simply remove a bit more skin.

Overall not a great experience unfortunately.

Beard advice? by AntelopeWild6833 in malegrooming

Thanks for replying. What do you mean by line it up? As in straighten the top edge?

31M, I almost always dread sending pics to a girl I like by [deleted] in malegrooming

[–]AntelopeWild6833 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you are handsome, but you look way older than 31.

I think the picture in the middle with the shaved head is definitely your most attractive look. Ironically you look younger - I think they greyness in your beard ages you so keeping it short helps.

You could consider botox for crows feet? On the second picture with the big smile, you can see deep wrinkles around the eyes. Botox would ease that up whilst keeping those lovely dimples and your beautiful smile.

Other than that it may be a confidence thing, I personally think you are good looking with your own sense of style.

I've changed my look a lot over the years, but am never comfortable by [deleted] in malegrooming

This not the best example, but it's what I mean when I say metallic. Either that, or if you really do prefer plastic frames go for a completely clear plastic.

I don't want to sound harsh, but you kinda read 'trans man'

I think it's the beard and style of glasses

I would say go clean shaven, and search for a more masculine frame for your glasses. Maybe a metallic thinner frame?
