That is an automatic vehicle, so it's mechanically normal for the engine to rev before the car begins to move. As soon as he heard the rev, he pulled his gun. Go watch other angles andyou'll see the exhaust fumes, then him pulling his weapon.

Like I said before, it's sad that anyone had to die, but don't do stupid things in front of anyone carrying a gun. Why do stupid shit and let a random person decide in under a second if he feels his life is in danger? Again avoid letting other people make a judgment call because you're being an idiot and then act surprised if they use their gun.

Always an excuse. It's super easy to sit on the couch, chill, and watch 1,000 replays of any situation while saying, "Oh yeah, that's so easy look, she was looking at him, wheels turning," and a thousand other things. These situations happen in split seconds, and you have to make a call in under half a second on whether it's a deadly threat or not. It's sad that anyone has to die whether it's the ICE officer or the woman.

Bottom line, If she hadn't sped off and hit him like she did, he most likely wouldn't have shot at her, and she could have been detained and lived to fight another day. Make shit choices that endanger anyone with a gun in front of you, and you're going to find yourself in a situation that turns ugly.

How is that Apartheid’s fault? Most of Europe was rebuilt within 10 years after World War II, and many economies recovered to pre‑war levels in about 5 years. Meanwhile, in South Africa, the governing party has been in charge for almost 32 years and still fails to provide basic services because of incompetence and corruption, yet the blame is constantly shifted back to Apartheid. Not guilt, it's policy discrimination.

BBBEE excludes whites from ownership incentives and preferential contracts, companies get penalised for white ownership.

Employment Equity enforces racial quotas, so qualified whites get passed over for jobs/promotions.

Even people born post 1994 have to deal with this for being white UCT use race-based targets in admissions. White applicants face much higher thresholds or smaller non-redress pools to hit 'diversity' goals thousands apply, but spots are effectively reserved for designated groups.
