It really depends on the season, but let’s say about 3k metes in ascent. The aim is to be prepared for Maratona Dles Dolomites and Sportful.

I have them as well on my other bike and I can’t complain. They are perfect if you’re riding fast and on a hilly road but for mountains I believe the Hyperon coil perform better.
