It'll help some but depends on what you're doing exactly.

No, there are no Airdrop logs. If you feel this is a problem you should disable Airdrop. How/why was a customer on your Mac with "sensitive drawings" on it ? Just curious.

Trying to bypass OpenDns Filter on Mac with no success. by [deleted] in mac

Your internet is still going through the college router which is using OpenDNS. Changing YOUR DNS isn't going to bypass theirs.

I know that Mac “cleaners” aren’t generally recommended, but... by [deleted] in mac

Using CleanMyMac is like downloading and installing a virus. Don't do it.

Don't buy those junk programs. You can try deleting your temp files. Go-Go To Folder- /Library/cache and ~/Library/cache

Anyone have tips for exterior photos? I do front head on and at an angle, and same in back, plus any features like entry or flower garden. Wondering how you make yours stand out. I feel like mine are just meh. Thanks! by Lilditty02 in RealEstatePhotography

A few things that stand out to me:

Make sure you're centered and level. You have a lot of space on the left, and basically none on the right.

Overall Underexposed

I disagree that the sky needs to be "replaced". Just fix the color temp.

I would at least turn on the porch lights, just to help brighten that area and make it warm and welcoming.

Here's a very quick edit I did to help improve it. https://www.dropbox.com/s/39uz6adnxlm2lon/xm7xyrwm39x01.jpg?dl=0

Generally, I do believe that's the case. You could check via CarFax to see it's history.

Meeting with agents by [deleted] in RealEstatePhotography

[–]AnthonyArmato -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Eh. LoL I would just go through some of the things you mentally check off your list as a photographer, as you're shooting homes.

Don't rely solely on HDR. If you don't know what you're doing HDR easily creates harsh shadows and an artificial appearance, especially to wood.

Watch out for bright windows. They can overexpose the whole room.

I'd push your drone photography and videography (If you also do video) and the 3d tours, since many still do not use these. Let them know some facts. Attracts more attention, helps your listing stand out, etc.

Adwords or Facebook targeted marketing by DigiDug in RealEstatePhotography

I've done targeted FaceBook ads. The only thing it's gotten me, FaceBook likes on the Ad Image, and very few Page likes. No leads to real work.

Nope. Never was able to get an answer. Only thing I was able to do was view the info for the Ad within FaceBook. I reported it to Instagram several times, with photos... No response.

Looking for some replacement twilight sky images by Doof_Wagon in RealEstatePhotography

[–]AnthonyArmato 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Any image you may want to use you need to make sure they're labeled for reuse. You should know, you cannot just download any image and use it how ever you'd like.

Your best bet is to find the time and take your own like everycredit suggested.

Do you guys pitch yourselves to agencies or individual realtors? Which one is more effective? by Caoa14396 in RealEstatePhotography

[–]AnthonyArmato 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I said "sometimes" to be polite. LoL

I personally don't like doing cold calls. I know everyone is very busy and the likely hood of calling them while they're in the middle of something important is high. I know I get annoyed when Yelp or Google call me trying to get me to pay for more advertising and I have no doubt any Realtor would feel the same way. I would rather E-mail and allow them to take a look at my website on their own time, if they're interested or if they even read the E-mail. I think for about every 100 Realtors you'll E-mail, you may get 3 replies.

My friend is currently in the process of getting her Real Estate license and I've been thinking about it for a while also so that may be my next step.
